Complimentary shoes redeemed for Core colorway models can be exchanged or returned as normal given they are in new and unworn condition and can be restocked. 

Complimentary shoes redeemed for Tour Issue limited editions, as they are custom ordered, are not able to be returned, but TRUE will make a best effort to have limited stock on hand for an exchange, or will find next best solution.
